I am a second-generation broker and auctioneer with over 30 years of experience in real estate and auction marketing. I started my auction career in 1991 with my dad Craig Gates who started his real estate company in 1968, the year I was born. Over the years he sold many of his own properties at auction and decided to get his auctioneer license in 1990 and I followed in 1991.
I obtained my real estate broker's license in 1996 and have worked in many areas of the real estate industry and served on many Realtor committees including the 1999 President of the Lincoln County Board of Realtors and Director at the NC Association of Realtors.
Over my 30 years in the real estate and auction business I have marketed and sold just about everything under the sun. I specialize in real estate marketing along with estates, liquidations and court-ordered auctions. You can entrust your real estate, land or estate to the hands of a professional.
